How Well Does Olay Refreshing Toner Work On Your Skin?

I adapted to to use Olay skin toner after washing my face morning and nights and after trying a natural mark product I just decided to go back to it because it didn't seem to work as well as the Olay stuff. Is it at the end of the day the best to use? My Mom had me try it and ever since I've been hooked. Hopefully it's actually good for your skin.
I dunno if it's attractive thorough for the skin, but I use it sometimes ( I like witch hazel better) and I like it.
i recently purahased Ponds Remote, Calma and Perfected Pore shrinking gel toner. however i don't really know why i have to use it.
has anyone used this offshoot? how does it work on combination skin and if i use it every time i wash my face will it be harmful to my skin?

Well i advised of that a 15-16 yr old girl CAN use it, im 16 and i use it...Im pretty sure its different for all people...because everyone is separate. It evens out your skin if you have blotches, redness...or other things. -Bye.
