Hi, Yes you can still get it...I am hooked for survival. Online I know that superdrug do it and also in store. Seen it in larger tescos too and some boots stores. Noble luck!

I chiefly don't have dry skin, but in the winter (here in Canada) my skin gets dry and I need to use moisturizer on my skin. I want to know what cream is worth and will make my skin smooth and soft.

Aveeno - did I stint that right? -
Anything with Oatmeal retains moisture
Drink plenty of water too - I have a hunch like I write that in all health questions but it's the key to a clean health body and complexion. . . Unqualifiedly

I have what I like to call.. lenient rosacea. My face gets flushed very quickly. I like to cover my aspect with powder. That just makes me break out more though and its all a big mess. Do you have any suggestions for a skin cream that would help all my problems?

You are using the lapse kind of makeup. Use a noncomodeogenic concealer. I use BareMinerals, and they have never, ever caused breakouts for me.
Also, my dermatologist told me to use Clinique redness reducing principle. It's green, so it combats the red.
