What Natural Products/mineral Oils Are Good For Sensitive Black Skin?

I have finely tuned acne prone skin and i want to try natural products on my skin.
I have used clearseal, antibiotics and facial washes but they don't industry that much.
Is extra virgin olive oil good for my type of skin?
And what type of natural products or oils would remodel the quality of my skin?

I have sebaceous skin, especially my nose and forehead.... I have to wash it a lot to take the oily look from my aspect. Is there any natural products good for your skin to clean it deeply and remove oil?

Answer: I utilized to have a bad problem with oily skin and for a while nothing really seemed to work.
