Answer: Well as far as I be familiar with, the tca (medium depth) peel is thought to be much more effective than the alpha hydroxy (includes glycolic) peels, however, they have some down even so like 7-10 days. I've been reading that tca peels can cost as much as $1,000 (or more). I'm truly saving up for that kinda peel (so that I can have appeal, lol ;) I have some hyperpigmentation on my face and am hoping that I will have a more youthful advent.

I've been reading that microdermabrasion doesn't make too much of a difference despite the hype and all. I allow that with chemical peels, one should go to a dermatologist (as opposed to a plastic surgeon) just because the derm are specialists

Chemical Peel?

Has any lady out there had any treatment for leathery strain lines on the upper chest (breast bone) area. Ive been advised a Chemical Peel would rid this. I found out there is an MD Peel which can be done by a beautician, although she cant say how many I would emergency and a full Chemical Peel carried out by an authorised Cosemtic Clinic Surgeon. Has anyone had either of these treatments, if so comments and aftercare recommendation would be appreciated for both. I was also advised that you have to stay out of the sun for 1 year with full surgery and skin becomes blistered and grievous until healed whereas the milder MD treatment has no side effects.

Answer: Get some reasonable source vitamin E the kind you eat d alpha tocherpherol it should say both on the lable not synthetic or dl alpha tocherpherol, there is a definate remainder the natural source 400 mg daily when rubbed in to the area will help the coating and it will feel and look better within a week if not discontinue. Eat some too that will also help.

remember spontaneous source if unsure ask pharmacist accept no substitutes.

Chemical Peel?

my outside looks uneven and i have a bit of melasma. would i go to a dermotologist for a chemical peel and how much do they even cost?

Answer: Yes chemicals peels are okay and help with uneven skin tone. They go buy your skin type, if you have sensitive peel they use a gentler product to exfoliate your skin. Usually they use fruit acids or lactic acids. But every seat is different. The peel last really a week. Your face will appear slightly red afterwards. Then in a few days you commentary warn peeling. Don't pick at it, just let it take its course on letting old skin sluff off for new rhapsodic skin. They cost about 75-90 dollars and sometimes require more than one treatment. I suggest getting a consultation, most are without charge and letting them put you on a skin regime, they will suggest different things, probably a chemical

Chemical Peel?

I have some blotchiness in my veneer around my mouth and chin area. I was wondering if a chemical peel would help to lessen it or remove it?

Answer: Yes, but you should use TCA peel or Obagi Glum peel (not glycolic, it's too weak for blotches). You can buy it on eBay or perform in any medi spa in your area. Principled I wouldn't recommend you to do it in spring or summer, when the sun is active, because you can get different side effects on the treated region.
If you never try Chemical peel before, don't start with the high concentration (more than 12-15%), especially if you have pale skin. I was told in medi spa ( http://purespamedica.com/ ), where I got my first TCA peel, it's advantage to perform several treatments with 3-4 weeks break periods starting from 15% TCA and ending (if needed) with 35%. Large 1-2 treatments are enough

What Is A Chemical Peel And Should I Get One?

Well im distressing to get rid or at least improve the appearance of my old acne "lumps/bumps" and some scars. What i thirst is to make my skin look softer and smoother so when i looked stuff up 'chemical peel' kept coming up. What is word for word is a chemical peel and were can i get one?

Answer: A chemical peel is rightful what it sounds like, they take a chemical (typically golcolic acid I believe) put it on your skin causing a picayune burn and then it peels off revealing fresh younger looking skin. However, if you've been on ANY acne meds you have occasion for to be careful, some of them have wait periods after stopping use before you can do something like this (for example, if you were on accutane you necessity to wait a minimum of 6 months after your LAST dose) if you don't wait long enough you have have serious scarring come off. As to where to get them you have options, there are home versions, usually not very good, for safety reasons they only don't have enough of the acids
