When in the sprinkling I use a loofah on my skin, this cleans out my skin well enough however doesn't seem to get all the dirt that's trapped in the pores off. I've tried to rub off away the dirt with my fingernails, or even by rubbing with my fingers ....this does trade however, I'm not sure if it gets rid of the dirt completely and my body begins to show all the red lines where I've been scraping.
Is there anything that is as abrasive as scraping with your fingernails, enough to slough off the deceased layers of your skin and clean out the trapped dirt? I've heard natural exfoliators such as sugar or salt exfoliate the skin well enough, but it doesn't seem to take out the filth

My skin is bonny clear but when I look in close up mirrors my skin looks kind of blotchy an not as glowy as the skin on my body, it's also lighter. Is this normally the casing? My skin on my body is fair but it has a healthy glow to it that makes it look tan. How can I get my faceless blotchy and more like my body?

But as someone on this forum once said, your skin doesn't end where your underwear begins. So last however I told them I wanted everything checked and they did. Melanoma can definitely strike in places that aren't exposed to the sun, so if you have one already, I'm effective they will want to check everywhere.
It probably won't be as bad as you make it sound. In my case, the nurse gave me a tabloid sheet to cover up with while I lay on the table. They only moved the sheet as they checked each area, so hidden parts were only exposed for a few seconds.
