I've heard Accutane is the closest to a salt for acne. My acne isn't severe enough for accutane, but its quite bad and I feel I need something powerful and effective.

I have run acne and a few acne scars on my face, chest, back, and shoulders. I am in serious need of the best acne treatment out there. Please help!
I was idea of using Clearpores for my problem. Can I also have your opinions on it, too? Thanks.

I dearth an acne treatment that I can get at walmart or a drug store. I don't need a facewash. Just "wens treatment" for acne that I can put right on the pimple. What have you used? What works best? Any skincare tips?
