I have acne on my breast and back and i am currently using Murad acne body wash and Clarifying spray, but it doesn't seem to be very serviceable. The dress that I'm wearing for Christmas is open at the chest and it's embarrassing with all of my acne. Is there anything I can do to clear most of it up very fast without anything expensive or seeing a dermatologist?
i cant gaurentee on the spot results, but wat worx for me is

I have acne on my breast and my back. I've done everything to try and get rid of it! I'm using an acne body wash exfoliater, I use a powerful acne foam wash, I've been using on-splotch treatment creams, facial deep cleaning pads, even taking prescribed acne medication! It wont go away!
I've heard tanning absolutely helps get rid of it. Should I try going to a tanning salon? Although I'm a guy, I'm willing to, and I'm sure one time wouldn't give me incrustation cancer.
No sweets, no bring into prominence, no sun. thats what my dermo told me. i used exfoliact mouse, very strong produce, but didnt cure my back and chest acne. but what i realized is that our skin type needs at intervals to cure, just be patient as your body matures it will heal on its own. i've noticed a change from 14 cash-drawer 20. another thing u shouldnt do is applying perfume or any beauty product on ur thorax ', they will irritate the skin and cause more outburst. stay away from tanning, and swim in seasoning water, excellent for burning the bacteria in pimples.

I am 31 weeks fecund with my first child and have very bad acne on my shoulders, chest, and back. I know this is due to increased horomones. My face is exactly clear, due to my daily regimen of washing, toning, and moisturizing. Since I don't usually have body acne, I don't be aware of any good body washes or lotions that may help the situation. Can anyone recommend a good body desert or treatment? I have already tried Neutrogena Acne Body wash and it seems to make it worse.

Are There Any Acne-fighting Body Washes That Use Benzoyl Peroxide Instead Of Salicylic Acid?

I'm parturient and Salicylic Acid is a no-no. But all the over-the-counter acne body washes like Neutrogena have Salicylic Acid. Benzoyl Peroxide is ok to use, but I can't find a body washing where that is the main ingredient. Can anyone advise on something that is safe to use?
Proactiv role of anti-acne products uses benzoyl peroxide as one of the main active ingredients. I gather if you check out pretty much any anti-acne products at your local pharmacy, you will find it contains peroxide. They do hyperbolize anti-acne body washes... try Noxema, Clean & Clear, Phisoderm or Brevoxyl.
Here is what you for to know about benzoyl peroxide, though, before you go putting it all over your body:
"Benzoyl peroxide is personal property in the treatment of most forms of acne. It is typically placed over the affected areas in gel or cream system, in concentrations of 2.5% increasing through the usually effective 5% to up to 10%. Not to upon it makes you more sensitive to sunlight and can increase your risk for sun damage and burning, so use it cautiously. If you are reasoning of using it to treat body acne, I suggest you buy a spot treatment gel instead and apply it to those areas seized rather than bathing in it. If you do decide to bath with a peroxide wash, be careful to avoid areas where you have mucus membranes (entrance, eyes, genitals, etc) and areas with open cuts.
