I have 5 hardly any round burn scars on my side. I want to get a tattoo over them to cover them up. Is that possible?
The scars are a dark pink color and not very raised. I don't in need of a picture or anything, just words.
Answer: It is on, so you're in luck. However; there's no guarantee that it will come out perfectly. It depends on how distorted your scar is compared to your coat. If it's raised and bumpy, then it will clearly show up as a tattoo over a scar, not regular skin.
Before an artist tattoos you, he should ask what they are, but you should let him recognize beforehand anyway. Most people say wait at least a year after you get your scar to make sure that it's completely healed. If a mar is still healing and you get a tattoo over it, it could get infected. It's a serious issue, definitely talk to your artist about it before just letting him go vanguard and tattooing over it.

I have about 8 scars that im gettinga tattoo over because their adverse scars on my forearm and their just so embarassing. Im sure that getting at tattoo over scars hurts but i want someone from endure to tell me just how bad it does hurt.
Answer: I fair got a tattoo, like seriously an hour ago, haha, on my ribs to cover up some personal scars. Honourably, it first depends on how bad your scars are. Mine weren't toooo bad and I didn't even notice the difference between scar size and regular area. My artist said the rib area is the worse and the scars just made it even more kind. But seriously, so worth it! It was painful, not unbearable and now the scars are gone.
I have a surgical damage on the back of my neck and I have been thinking for the longest time to get it covered with a tattoo. Is this safe? The scar is euphonious smooth although towards the bottoms it kinda rises. I would like to get your thoughts.
Answer: I have a damage on my stomach that was tattooed over. It turned out perfect and you can't tell there was a scar there. I haven't heard of any risks of tattooing over a injure. Go to a tattoo artist and show it and see if they think it's flat enough for the design to not be warped by the scar. If part is smooth and part rises, you could tattoo over the mirror-like part only and it would still avert attention away from the section that rises. The scar on my stomach is about an inch wide-ranging and goes from my bellybutton all the way down. It is a pretty major scar, I was cut open for exploratory surgery. No problems at all, and like I said the tattoo completely hides the damage. Nobody even knows

Ive recently had a lung biopsy and 2 box tubes and have 5 scars on my right side under my arm pit and my question is. Is it more harder to have scars tattooed over? Im not going to get that particular part tattooed but later on in memoirs I may have more scars in different places that I want covered up. Please don't respond if you have no idea what I'm talking about. Warning from professionals will only be taken into account so don't waste your time. Thanks in advance
Answer: Scars are energetically to tattoo over, but not impossible. The tattoo ink doesn't absorb as well as an area of skin that doesn't have a scar. Your tattoo artist will problebly have to do something like a seconds coating to make peace sure the color won't fade out. If you do get more scars and you want to get a tattoo over it, I suggest going to a very good tatoo artist. They will advised of better on how to tattooo over scars. If your scar is a bit disformed, the tattoo artist might have a little bit of trouble. Don't nervousness about it. You can still get a tattoo over scars.
I suffered from macabre acne as a teen on my shoulders. Now I want to get a heart with "mom" in it on my directly shoulder, but I'm afraid it won't look right because of the acne scars. What do you think?

Answer: It depends on the violence of the scars. Talk to the artist who would be doing the tattoo. They would be able to give you an answer.
If you can't tattoo over the scars, perhaps you should think of different stationing.

I would fianc to do something like that, but I manipulate as if I’ve tired too much of my soul covering up my scars because I was red-faced of them. I don’t see how a tattoo would be any unlike than the extended sleeves I tempered to to enervate, except for eternal. I’ve been playing with the concept of tattooing over them because I dislike having the scars and having the dependable questions about them, but I can’t get dead and buried that scheme in my plans. I’d sweetheart to attend to other takes on it.
