I have a spot scar, I be aware most scars fad with time, but this scar is like where my lip joins with the normal skin of my face. The scar doesnt look like a stable scar, but instead it is red like my lips, but it is covering where normal skin used to be. How can I get rid of this?

I don't understand what it is and I am scared to go to the dozctor....I don't want to tell my parents. Is there somewhere I can go for free to find out what it is or does anyone recognize of these symptoms. Its a small red circle and it moves around my bottom inside lip. It has left scarring as well. Purple scarring. It start on the Heraldry sinister side of my bottom inside lip then moved to the right. I have had it for a couple of months
I had a Brobdingnagian spot on my nose and I picked it and the scar ist still there, even after about 2 Months.
It's kinda ''redish'' if you get me. Or does it mean, because it's been there for about 2 Months it's not thriving to fade?
Can somebody please help me,by telling me how to get rid of it or how to make it fade.

I scratched a spot on my countenance by accident and am worried that it will have a bad scar and i have read up about this stuff called Palmers Scar Serum. Does it binding spots/ spot scars or does it try and get rid of them?
Answer: It's significance a try! But just be aware that you cannot get rid of scars with a cream. They only "bleach" the scar or shorten the visibility of them. The only way that you can get rid of them is by a plastic surgeon. A less expensive route if the OTC cream doesn't labour is go see a dermatologist.
