I Just Got My Lip Repierced Under My Scar Yesterday.its Kinda Red Around The Jewelry Right Now.is It Infected?

today is 10/04/07, I rightful got my lip REPIERCED yesterday(10/03/07) I got it repierced UNDER MY SCAR, and right now. around the jewelry, it's red. and it kinda hurts a bit. IS IT INFECTED? Should i take it out? or give up it there? IF it is infected, what can i do to get rid of it ?

Answer: it's not infected, you righteous put a hole though your lip, of course it's going to be red..just take proper care of it

Oral Bathing

The optimal way to care for your piercing is to rinse your mouth for 30-60 seconds with a medical-rung oral rinse (such as Tech 2000 or Biotene) after every meal during the initial healing years (3-6 weeks). If a medical grade oral rinse is not available, the next worst thing is to dilute 4 ounces of an oral antiseptic with 4 ounces of water. This will de-strengthen the antiseptic and prevent it from irritating your piercing. (Note: Do not use plain mouth-move because it will do nothing for your piercing—only mask your halitosis.)

Will It Leave A Scar? Yesterday I Got Scratched In The Face With Nails, There Was A Cut With Low Blood Shed.?

-have hidden tone complexion
-right side of cheek/ small amount of blood
-if it does scratch, how can it be minimized?

Answer: This one will presumably take a while to heal, the skin on the face is really sensitive. When we were kids I scratched the phizog of a friend of mine while playing (ok, fighting rather) and it was pretty deep, it bled a lot and she has a really go down scar till this day . But if your wasnt very deep, it will probably heal completely. Scarcely clean it,, don't put any chemicals on it, don't touch it, when it scabs don't pick the scab and I am sure you will be charge. Hope this helps!

Does Shingles Leave Scars?

Ok well i have shingles and im prepossessing medicine so that it doesnt spread any further and i have 3 different types of medicines for the pain and such but my ask is does it scar? yesterday was the first day that it really started to blister and i dont touch it and i scarcely move throughout the day because i dont want to make it worse so is there anything that can help it to not scar or any advice from someone who knows about it or has had it? thanks in promote :)

Answer: Same as opinion as for Chicken Pox. Don't scratch or pick the scabs/spots or they could scar. Especially so if you have the shingles on your appearance.

Regretted New Nose Piercing Yesterday Would Scarring Be More Obvious If Removed Now Or Once Healed?

Its a heraldry annulet and it looks out of place on my small nose, I want to have as little scarring or none if admissible. I was wondering if the scarring would be worse if I was to remove the piercing before it is healed and as soon as attainable or if I should remove it after it has healed up. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Answer: If it were me I would take it out now before it heals up.
I muse over scar tissue builds up around the piercing as it heals.

This is just a guess actually, sorry I can't help more.

How Do I Get Rid Of An Acne Scar Within 3 Week?

so i picked at a papula in like february and it left a scar and its gotten a little bit less noticeable but i peeled of the mar yesterday and it got darker and i want it gone for my cousins quinceanera. someone please help me :p

Answer: well im not much of a Dermatologist but you can try putting on common things on it like Aloe Vera
