The dismissal of keloid scars is by plastic surgery, that's what I've heard so far.But is it possible for other alternatives to remove keloid scars? Maybe by applying some genre of 'special cream' or something?
Mederma cream is for scars. Also try Neosporin Cicatrix Solutions, which is a little pad you place over the scar.

I have several unconfined Keloid scars on my body from surgeries I've had in the past. I went for treatment once and was able to shrink them done, but once I stopped the injections they at most regrew. The doctor's I've spoken to have told me if I have them surgically removed then I'll just end up with bigger scars because I'll show even more scar tissue. If anyone has found a procedure that will remove them permanently could you please let me know because they are very unsightly and tickling like crazy. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
The last doctor who gave me the injections was a supple surgeon. He's the one who told me if I have surgery I'll just get bigger scars. I had to stop the injections because of an allergic reciprocation to them.
I would go to a persuadable surgeon. If anybody can get rid of them it would be them.
