I got a keliod scar from a car shipwreck about seven years ago. It's about three inches long. I have had it cut out, cotizone shots, and lasered. I found the laser to be the surpass, but mony is tight right now. Given all that, what would be a good product to help take a turn for the better the appearence of the scar? I know most of this stuff is snake oil and expensive.

i dont have much discolorations but i have some pockmarks not very ardent nor noticeable. . In the right lighting the shadows make them very noticeable though. surely brings down my self esteem.. my skin isnt smooth... it reminds me of a cookie under my eyes and aside my nose... more like my pores are elephantine but its not my pores just from all the acne as a teen. is there an over the counter micro_dermabrasion system for sensitive decorticate? maybe even just a cream? anyting?

The scars aren't the pot dilemma type. Just some hyperpigmentation. Little dark spots. Otherwise smooth peel.

I had burdensome acne on my shoulders when I was in high school, and I also have fair skin, so of course now that the acne has cleared, I'm communistic with tons of dark scars on my shoulders and upper back. The scars aren't raised or anything, I fair need something relatively cheap that will fade them.
