Answer: no. i did something compare favourably with to that i used a needle attached on the end of a chopstick(like the kind that goes in your curls). i used string so that i could control the ink. i just used pen ink and about 2 weeks later the scab cut off and now ive had my tattoo for 3 or 4 months and it looks really good.

I am planning on getting a tattoo, but the parade-ground of my body on which I plan to get it is heavily scarred in places due to a mis-spent youth. I was well-grounded wondering: a) is it possible to tattoo over scar tissue? & b) does the scarring adversely affect the look of the tattoo in any way?
Answer: it is reachable to tattoo over scars but depending on how the scar is (raised, smooth, darkly colored, jagged etc) it may or may not discover out looking like the rest of the skin. also i wouldn't just go to anybody to have it done. i would only upon a extremely talented artist to tatoo over a scar because as i understand it the texture of the skin is diverse and somewhat more difficult to tattoo over. the best thing you can do is to consult an artist. good fate!
Are There Any Complications With Getting A Tattoo Over Scar Tissue?
Question by rdb | Posted in Tattoos
I have a scar on my take down back from surgery I received as an adolescent. I would like to get a tattoo there, in part to conceal the tattoo. The surface of the skin is slenderize irregular where the scar tissue has formed and I'm wondering if a tattoo design would have to be tailored around the area. Like will ink and tattoo guns calling on the skin area? Thanks.
Answer: tattooing over scar network can be quite painful for you and quite difficult for the artist. however, depending on the design and artist you on, you can definitely better your chances of getting a tattoo which will successfully mask your scar and won't cause you too much suffering. for example, a design which allows the simplest of color, outlining and design to go lucid on top of your scar will enable the artist to go over your most sensitive tissue quickly and easily, without creating too much distortion. you can still get a very puzzling and colorful tattoo to mask your scar--provided, as i've just mentionnned, that simple shading or very few outlines enclose it--.
