I'm demanding to get rid or at least reduce some of my acne marks on my face from past pimples. I'm doing a neostrata glycolic peel at the second and iw as told it would take some time (maybe months) before i see a difference. I'm looking for an OTC cream or anything i can use in the minute that would help. I've heard of scar zone and scar guard and scar guard, do they work? Or is there anything else you can recommend that would help?

I have heard vitamin E, triple antibiotic fine , and Scar Guard work well, but i wonder what is the best? Has anyone experimented with these, and if so, what do you think works best to debar scars on the skin? If you have any other suggestions, please let me know.
Answer: Bacitracin (neosporin) is a respected way to keep it clean. Keep the wound sealed up and limit its movement. There is no sure fire way to prevent scars. The first responses of your unsusceptible system (swelling, pus) greatly dictate how well the wound will heal. The body automatically starts wadding in the void with tissue and it doesn't care what it looks like.

Remedies, products, creams, etc. I have scars on my legs and I need to reduce the appearance of them. I've used Mederma with good results over time. I long for to maybe try Scar Guard but I want something that I can see results quicker but reasonable priced.
What is the maximum effort treatment for scars, especially scars from spots?
I have done research and most commonly toughened products seem to be Bio-Oil, Mederma, Medscar, Scar Guard, Scar Fade and Scar Zone.
But obviously results are not guaranteed and I might ethical be wasting my money.
So can you let me know, from your experience, what is the best treatment, please? Thanks.
