How To Get Rid Of Scar Tissue?

I recently suffered a cigarette flame at the hands of my (intoxicated) friends. It was all fun and games but now I have a rather pink circle of scar tissue on my right keep company with side by side. This is fine but I plan on getting a tattoo on the same shoulder, would the tattoo be disrupted by the scar? If it would is there a variety of scream or medicine to make the circle smaller or go away?

Answer: ive had a jumbo burn scar on my leg for about 2 years soon, you cant get rid of scar tissue but keeping it protected in sunlight with sunscreen, and valid taking care of it (do not let it get sunburned!) it decreased the appearance of it.
