I am no troll, but trolls be worthy of a seriously miserable permanent emotional scar for life! Trolls deserve to be mentally gripe so bad that they might even kill themselves if we're lucky. What is the ultimate way to teach a troll a lesson?
Answer: In exasperating to teach a troll a lesson you'll just come off as pathetic as them.
I ignore the unwitting ones and actually get a laugh or two out of the funny ones.
Don't take things too seriously on the internet since what they say on here has no unaffected impact on your life. Just keep it moving. =)

How To Treat A Scar On My Eyelid After A Chalazion Surgery?

Three weeks ago I had a chalazion house-moving surgery from my right eyelid. Unfortunately, the doctor did an external cut, leaving a very obvious scar. It looks red and very unhealthy. If it doesn't go away, what kind of cosmetic treatment should I go for in ask for to diminish the scar? Laser? Creams?
I am planing to visit a dermatologist but I thought it was a OK champion idea to ask the forum. Thank you very much.

uniquely facial scars that you can't hide with clothes or makeup. Scars that people will warning and judge you by. maybe burn victim websites? not for dealing with the trauma of the scar, but valid how to deal with being flawed and extremely ugly? if anyone has a support forum or links of ways to trade with it please post!

Keloid feel; Hi, I've had keloids for 5 years now. Just like other posts says, keloids are difficult to treat, and nearly impossible. I've used silicone sheets, scar creams, steroid injections, laser surgery, scrubing with palm oil soap, tea tree soap, coconut/lime+vitamin E soaps.
My Treatment experience:
Silicone sheets- at most reduces a little bit of swelling, did nothing to get rid of keloids.
Scar cream- soothes the skin, did nothing to get rid of the keloids.
Steroid injection- throbbing, reduces swelling, keloid grows back after one month.
Laser surgery- disagreeably burns a thin layer of skin, redness and itching,
Answer: Steriod injection is the firstline treatment. 70% of lesions be affected to this, although up to 50% recur within 5 years.
Surgical excision by a skilled dermatologist in conglomerate with steroid or interferon injections and post-op use of imiquimod can work very well with much lower recurrence rates.
Cryotherapy can toil well. 50% respond, though can result in lighter color skin (not so good if you have darker outside).
Radiation therapy is highly successful for reducing recurrence, epsecially if following surgical excision (up to 90% attainment rates). However, with lon-term risks of developing cancer, this one is reserved for deliberate cases,

This Swedish six division seem to be pulling out all stops to increase star in this very competitive Melodic Termination Metal picture, to the side of recruiting not one but two new members to touch vocal duties. And why wouldn’t they follow attainment? They certainly have the goods. I have, and am a fan of, their first three albums, and I have to say they’ve topped the lot this mores around. The intense moments are even more savage, while the uncontaminated parts are even more melodic. Plus the grooves are fatter, the thrashy parts are faster and there is an even heftier effect to the producing. Don’t be fooled by the Power Metal-esque cleft, this album goes for the throat in a big way, but in effect every air has the big chorus payoff as well. This can absolutely be heard on the first four tracks, ‘Nuomenon Happening’ being chiefly catchy. ‘Machine-made Reason Cybernetics’ adds some aberration and experimentation into the mix, while the right street features an epic note and lurid staccato melodic chorus.
