Acne Scar Removal By Laser Treatment 2008?

I've had a lot of acne in the days beyond recall for a lot of years. Fortunately, it was very superficial. Now, in the middle of the cheeks, I have very very minimal (barely apparent) scars, and the pores in my nose seem to have became bigger.
I would like to get rid of the scars completely, or accomplish them even less visible, and to make the pores in my nose smaller. I know new improved lasers emerge on the market frequently, and I would like to know which one would be the correct one for this condition along with which results can be achieved as to 2008.
I am asking for laser treatments. Fading creams and that epitome of stuff don't seem to really work for me.
Answer: I have acne scars from coordinate acne over many years too. And I have been researching the use of laser resurfacing for treating these acne scars unbiased today.

How Is Interior Scar Tissue Different From Swelling?

I Had a meniscectomy July 2007. Had complete knee replacement in July 2008. The leg from ankle to above the knee has been swollen since the 1st transaction action. Doctor says swelling is not scar tissue. Where can I find more on this topic?
Answer: it's lazy tissue swelling and adhesions inside of your knee.

I had my belly button pierced for about 6 months and then I changed the quoit with a cheap one, which caused it to get infected, and I had to take out my ring. I haven't had one in since last July (2008), and there is scar pack. I want to get it pierced again, but I'm not sure if it is safe to pierce scar tissue. Does anyone have any opinion?
Answer: I can sympathise with this one because I too got a belly severe done and used all the cleaning lotions recommended to me and it got infected, I went back to him a few times and he said to give it a few months more, but I got fed up with it and told him to get rid of it - he had said there was a cyst there as well as infectiion. The scar tissue has gone done a lot so im thinking of getting it done again. I about your best bet is to ask a reputable piercer or your doctor if it is ok to get it done again.
