Answer: The rumoured remission date is May but nothing is for certain. Several dealers (Bud's, a few local dealers, etc) have the price listed around $2500.

Springfield M1A and the FN SCAR 17s unfathomable.

Ok smart a**es, Springfield M1A has a 22" barrel, FN SCAR 17s massy has a 16" barrel. Is there a f***'n difference in the FPS because of barrel length.
Answer: There will be a rest of about 150 fps between the two. I did not find a table that lists 16 and 22 inch barrels. If you scroll down on this tie you will find a table that shows about 150 fps difference in six inches of barrel length.
