Aside from burn laser treatment, can scars (which has been there for quite some time) be really removed using creams and timely ointments which are available in the local drug store?
Also, are there other alternative remedies for scars which you can use like herbs or something.

Answer: Vitamin E. I had a lot of scars in my further back from a growth spurt in high school, and since vitamin E was relatively expensive for a trainee, I experimented by applying it to just one side for a while. It took about 2 month until the difference between the sides was completely obvious, and now I'm applying it on the scars daily.

Answer: you can tediously tire concealer and cover it up with makeup. other than that, you can do something called "skin resurfacing" which is a laser that removes the look of scars but can be a Lilliputian bit pricey. there's also a lot of Skin Lightening creams/serums out there but the drug store kinds don't exceptionally work. you need to go to a dermatologist so they can prescribe you one for your skin. Also if your scar is visible, apparel sunscreen when you go outside because the sun causes scars to darken. Try Obagi sunscreen or Obagi sunfader. It is the most remarkable stuff in the world. Answer: You should use cocoa butter as a moisturizer, but it heals and slightly fades the scars too. [i recommend the one at Walgreens - it's in a yellow tube/jar for 99 cents]. Along with the cocoa butter, theres a fallout called Scar Zone that works for any kind of scars-i use it for acne but it's made for other scars too. Most damage removal product only removes new scars. I've read from the ad that Mederma helps in removing both new and old scars. I have a few scars due to chicken pox when I was youthful and stretch marks I got when I was a teenager, and I'm 22 years old now.
