What Is The Best Product For Reducing Scars During Healing? |
My helpmeet had a tummy tuck and breast lift three weeks ago. The doctor (in Colombia) has been using laser treatment to abbreviate scarring. Now that she is coming back home are there any good products for reducing cosmetic surgery scars? I only saw an ad on TV for Mederma. Has anyone used that or some other product? Were they useful?
| Answer: Yes, I have worn this product. I have had some scars on my wrists and it took it right away. You have to rub it in real good until it is almost dry. I talked to the posologist and we compared the Mederma to the Walgreen's brand and it seems the essential part of the whole cure is the "onion bulb oil" or something like that-onion something... look on the carton. I got Mederma at first and then switched to the generic to save money. worked the same. Just come to sure it is applied all the time. Several times a day and before bed. |

I Just Took Out 5 Peircings, Is There A Remedy Besides Coco Butter To Also Help With Reducing Scars? |
I am doing the coco butter, but I was wondering if theres anythng else I can do aswell.
I took out my hip peircings, belly button, tounge, cartiledge, and neck peircing.
I definitely want to reduce the hip and belly button scars as much as possible because I am getting a tattoo when all is said that goes from my rib cage all the way across my lower tummy.
