I have a massive, political Christmas party to attend Next month w/ my boyfriend and I bought a low on, black dress to wear for the event. The problem is, on my left leg there is a small raised scar that I got last year excercising, and it's not that recognizable but I mean, I want it GONE!!! Are there any surgical procedures I can look into to have it removed? Thanks!

Answer: The scar you're describing sounds like a keloid. There isn't any cream or cream that will remove it. You're only option would be surgical. Yes, a good plastic surgeon can make it a lot less important, but that probably wouldn't happen in one months time. In fact, you may have a scar post-op that looks worse then what you stylish have. Of course, it would heal a lot better, but it needs time just like any other settle. Talk with a doctor you trust about referring you to a quality plastic surgeon.

I have a raised scar about 2 inches elongated on my left shoulder, thanks a psychotic knife-wielding ex-girlfriend. I wanted to get my next tattoo there but I'm not guaranteed if I can. It would probably look like crap if I got it done over the scar, so is there even a way I could it removed without laser surgery?
