I'm Wondering If This Is Plagiarism?

I'm reasoning of a story to write, but I'm a little concerned if it is plagiarism? You see it is loosely based off the 'Dagger' movies, but has my own idea's, characters' and storyline. The only similarity, is that the main character walks around in a latex please with a Samurai sword and kills the bad guys (In this case it's Wear Wolves, not Vampires) his name is Scar...reason I called him this is because -
1/ He has a confinement mark, a deep red severed scar running diagonally across his face, in which he received during family to signify his individuality and identity as a half breed of a Wear Wolf sluice, and not a pure blood of the his own kind.
2/ The name sounds cool,

Show Names For 6 Horses. What Do You Think Of These?

Here are the show names I have come across up with for my horses to use next year( if I do end up showing). What do you think? The real names are, Zara, Luna, Duke, Nova, Dancer, Anna. The show names will have their valid names in them. Any suggestions? I can not really think of one that has Luna in it at the moment. Still deciding what horses will be toughened in what events. What Can I Expect Jail Wise From A Felony Class E Grand Larceny And A Petit Larceny?

Hey I breathe in New York state and I was charged with a class e felony for grand larceny (holding of stolen property). I hopped from store to store stealing clothes and shoes, then I went to beat buy and almost got caught with my friend. Instead of going home and calling it quits my pal drove us to another best buy and we took one xbox connect each he also grabbed 2 nintendo Ds's. As we went to the car he was putting it in the stalk and the employee got the license plate (he was parked 10 feet from the store). I'm belief of a story to write, but I'm a little concerned if it is plagiarism? You see it is loosely based off the 'Rapier' movies, but has my own idea's, characters' and storyline.
