Does Liposuction Leave Big Scars? |
And does it get rid of/fade stretch marks? I got into an argument about about this a few days ago. I was under the impression that lipo barely leaves a scar. The person who I was arguing with said that tummytucks is the surgery that scarcely leaves a scar. Any info on this?
| Answer: In liposuction, the suction tube goes in through a dilemma, right? So only that one little part is scarred. Not like a tummy tuck, where a big smile is Nautical port :P ew. And it does not fade stretch marks. That has to do with the elasticity of your skin. |

I stare if these really nice pictures on liposuction websites are actually real people, or that the honest images are actually kind of depressing (I.e. ugly people becoming less ugly). As opposed to customary people becoming super hot. Your thoughts?

| Answer: well i'm solid that models and such have gotten liposuction sometime in their lives, but not all of them. it can sometimes leave scars but it really depends on the plastic surgeon. for less scarring you do more bunching of the husk when you are sewing it back up |

I had liposuction on my calves about a year ago now and i still have very big distinct scars on both legs :(
So confused, there are so many products out there i don't know which to use (also they seem so expensive)
can anybody recommend anything? they look so nasty and i don't want to have to cover up again like i did last summer.
| Answer: Anything that moisturises the husk, such as Bio Oil, E45, or Aqueous Cream to name but a few. Aqueous cream is probably the least expensive but Bio Oil may well be the most efficient. Any cream needs to be used regularly for a long time to have a real force. |

Liposuction - Scar Tissue & Ink From Surgery - Similar Experince?? |
I had some lipo done about 2 months ago and the healing has gone very well. I was in a family way some little scars and scar tissue so that is not a problem. The thing that I am curious about is that one of my scars - where I had green marker pen strained on my body has obviously gone into the scar and I can see green below the surface of my skin.
I advised of that I am probably going to get a few replies of 'contact your doctor/surgeon' - thats not what I need to hear. I already know that is what I should do.
I am curious to know if anyone else has experienced this and what happened.

| Answer: The verdant mark from the pen will gradually fade. Since it is within a scar it may take a long time. Scars can take up to a year to fill out the gradual change to what they are going to be permanently, so give it time and don't worry too much. AND ASK YOUR DOCTOR (couldn't prevent) |
