Lighten Scars?

I have recently had injections to knock out my scars(keloid scars), now my scars are all flat but they are still really dark. Any ideas to ligthen them or blend it in with my local skin? besides makeup..
my scars are pretty old. . .

Answer: Maderma. It is gigantic. You do have to catch your scar while it is still red or pink though. Once it gets to the white stage there is nothing you can do

I have lots of Scars on my arms and i'm VERY self consious about showing them. I was wondering if you mix lemon liquid and salt together and scrub it on your skin would it reduce the appearance of the scars???

What are some tips to lightening acne scars, besides using veneer lightening products. Are there any natural remedies or ingredients that contribute to lightening scars that I can look for when I buy abrade products? Thanks!
