I have scars on my forehead from acne and although my aspect is now smooth, there is still some discoloration. what can I do to lighten them or even eliminate them by buying some products and avoiding anything really costly.

I have like subfuscous dots on my back and I need to get rid of them before prom! (May 14) I've tried neutrogena Body Eliminate body scrub and the Stress Free scrub but I feel like they solely prevent acne (which is good) but doesn't get rid of scars

I am caucasian and would like to lighten some acne scars and freckles but can't contribute microdermabrasion or that kind of thing.
