Answer: your greatest bet would be to get it cut off by a doctor and let it heal for about two weeks. than start applying mederma to it regularly and if you're out in the sun, seek some sunscreen after the mederma has absorbed into the skin

I have a few very short flat warts, almost unnoticeable, on my face. But I don't want to remove them if they would scar worse than they look at the prominence.
I can't really afford to see a doctor, but I heard salicylic acid leaves scars. Is this become a reality?
Answer: See if you have a be like wart somewhere else on your body that's not so prominent and try it. In my case the salicylic acid plain didn't business; at best the top of the wart fell off after many many applications, but the stub still remained. No additional scarring though.

It doesn't puzzle if I pop it or just leave it alone, it ALWAYS leaves a scar. I found a product that pretty much got rid of my acne except for the occasional papula and I'm okay with that but I still have that damn scars.
And it's not those type of scar where it leaves a hole in your skin. It's valid leaves a red spot.

Answer: Sometimes, but not always, and the scars are not shaped like stars, but more like lightning itself. They are often called "lightning flowers".
This happens to the opportune people who get struck and have the voltage travel across their skin and not penetrate into their body so much.
