I have an industrial icy. It has these ugly bumps at the holes. At first I thought these were keloids, but since they don't leave the area of the shooting, I found it was actually something called a hypertrophicscar. Does any have any tried and true methods as to how they got rid of their cartilage bumps/scars?

I've had my cartilage exquisite for nine months now, but recently (within the week) I have developed a "bump" that is red and discharges blood, which I'm assuming is a hypertrophic cut. I don't think it's an abscess because it doesn't hurt and there is no pus coming out. Will sea salt soaks dry this hypertrophic scar?
