Best Way To Non-surgically Remove A Hypertrophic (raised) Scar?

I have a pocket-sized (about 1cm diameter) hypertrophic scar that's really bothering me. What's the best way I can try to get it to flatten out or even remove it, non-surgically? I've heard of using things like Mederma graze cream, silicone gel patches, and a couple other treatments. Are there any of these that really work, and where can I get them? Thanks!
Also, I've tried using Bio-Oil and it didn't effort, so please don't recommend anything that would use the same method to remove the scar.

i have Euphemistic pre-owned it for my scars on my FACE from my car wreck a year ago and they were so raised, red and so ugly
but when i started using mederma, you could see results in one week

now my scars are not even noticeable

Vitamin E Oil OR Tea Tree Oil For Hypertrophic Acne Scar?

hello, I recently had a undersized pimple on my face but after messing with it, it became a hypertrophic scar. It has faded a bit but there is still a little raised bump and it's made my self treasure really low. I looked online for treatment and it says vitamin e oil and tea tree oil are good, but im not solid which is better? The scar is a bit smaller then a penny. Thankyou for your help.

I Have A Hypertrophic Scar About 2 Inches Long, Best Treatments?

Hello,

I have two Hypertrophic scars they are about 8 months old and I have been using silicon gel sheets as treatment for them for about 4-5 months now. they are not in the final analysis improving much, maybe slightly flatter but that may be my imagination too.

they are dark red, about 5mm by 55mm and are slightly raised. they are surgery scars after an misfortune.

before the silicon sheet i used an oil, which had the same ingradients as bio oil but cheaper and that did not really seem to work either but did commandeer take some of the itching away.

i was interested in other treatments such as laser, scar revision and microdermabrasion.
