I have Actually bad acne scars and before i go to a dermatologist i want to see if i can get rid of them Naturally. Does anyone know any stuff to get rid of acne Scars i heard of Vitamin E. Plz Ease Me!

i put an ice pack over my acne scars
the ice helps to powder the swelling

also you can use lemons they have alpha hydrozy acids (ANA) which exfoliates extinct skin cells and its leaves the skin smooth and clear and makes the scars lighter.

I difficulty to lighten some of the acne scars I have. I know this sounds far fetched, but I have heard stories about products and effectively remedies that lighten scars in just a few days. I was wondering if anyone on here has experienced that or has any suggestions.
I in reality need to get rid of my acne scars naturally and FAST!

Answer: I abide your pain haha. I used to have acne scars a few months ago. But I started using this Maderma choke that is supposed to make scars dissapear. And it worked. I'd try that if I were you. And don't pop your pimples because that's what makes you have the scars.
