Stronger Healing Of Scar Tissue In Torn Shoulder Labrum Through Supplementing?

I know that scar tissue is weaker than the original pre-injury tissue.

Is it possible for stronger healing of scar tissue in torn shoulder labrum through supplementing?

If so, which one would help in stronger healing of the scar tissue:

Vitamins, glucosamine, nitric oxide(arginine), protein, ramify chain amino acids, fish oil...?


Answer: I've had admissible results with glucosamine sulphate and chondroitin (sp?). It's also good to get some deep massages as it helps to prevent the scar tissue from becoming permanent - might hurt a bit tho!

What are some momentous ways to heals bruises and/or scar tissue?
my black eye/ bruise has lasted for over 3 months and i am bothersome to get it to heal as fast as possible, what vitamins to take? topical creams? hot/cold remedies?

You should have a healthy balanced fare. You need good nutrition for healthy skin, especially A, C, and E - the antioxidant vitamins. Unusual fruit is a good source.

Think of it this way - if you want your skin to be healthy, eat things that have a trim skin (you are what you eat). Apples, potatoes, even fish all have edible skins that are full of healthy things for our own rind.

A matter of healing like yours will take time. The skin around the eye is very sensitive and susceptible to bruising completely easily, because it is so thin.

I was meditative about healing my navel piercing. and how would i go about healing it properly to reduce the amount of scarring? i've pierced my belly button 3 times over a overpass of 2.5 years, but it always got rlly irritated and came out. i recently discovered it was due to my nickel allergy.. sooo how can i ease up up the scar tissue so i can pierce it again??
