my black eye/ bruise has lasted for over 3 months and i am bothersome to get it to heal as fast as possible, what vitamins to take? topical creams? hot/cold remedies?
i identify black eyes heal within a week or two, but mines is a special case, a tireless of eye surgery.

Answer: Vitamin E. You can cut the scarcely pill open, and it's full of a thick juice like honey. Rub that into your scar.
You should have a healthy balanced fare. You need good nutrition for healthy skin, especially A, C, and E - the antioxidant vitamins. Unusual fruit is a good source.
Think of it this way - if you want your skin to be healthy, eat things that have a trim skin (you are what you eat). Apples, potatoes, even fish all have edible skins that are full of healthy things for our own rind.
A matter of healing like yours will take time. The skin around the eye is very sensitive and susceptible to bruising completely easily, because it is so thin.
