What Are Some Good Products To Cover Up Scars On Your Arms And Legs?

Okay, I'm a in the flesh with a lot of scars, I've been using cocoa butter for years and its not working. I've been using this product called bio oil and I've been using that since October of last year and shows no results what so ever. They're old scars and in the summer I don't like wearing shorts cause of them. So since I can't supply anything but products to cover them up. Maybe you guys have some ideas for me on how I can make them less noticable. Thanks in improvement.

Answer: Have you tried "mar plasters" - you should be able to by them at drugstores. Some people on the net have claimed that a protracted-term use of these plasters really have a positive effect.

What Are Some Good Products To Cover Up Scars On Your Legs And Arms?

Answer: i was in a saw fortuity a few years back.... it brings back bad memories to look at the scar that almost lost me my arm/ being...... so I'm going through a procedure by a dermatologist... it's 150$us they pretty much laser off scars... its bad because people contemplate I am a cutter, and that I did it myself... it's cost me a job, potential boyfriends, strangers stare...etc.

just now look up dermatologist in the phone book.... If you are a cutter... some derm wont do it... because they dont neediness to have you cut again and just screw up their work.... also I dont think cutters should even be competent to get it done, they did it to themselves... so they should live with it.

How Can You Cover Up Scars To Swim?

Well I am 16 and I exhaust a little foundation to cover up the my acne scars. I just have them on my cheeks, and they aren't "scars" they are in reality pigmentation from zits that haven't faded yet. I feel kind of embarrassed if I dont cover them up. Is there any considerate of waterproof makeup?

Is There A Way To Cover Up Scars Without Using Expensive Camoflage Creams?

I'm wealthy out tonight and want to wear a shirt that doesn't have long sleeves, but I have scars down one arm that I indeed hate. Most of the time I cover it up with a tube bandage, but I want to look good tonight. Is there something I can use (like makeup) that will cover them up well?

Answer: You could try concealer, and then put some indefinite powder on top for 2 minutes and brush it off to help it last longer. But to be honest, i actually regard as scars can be quite attractive and are also a good conversation starter.

What Kind Of Creme Or Application Can I Use To Cover Up Scars That's Reliable For A Long Time And Water Proof?

Or what are some other junk ways to completely remove scars or cover them up long term?

See summer is coming up so I will have my shirt off a trustworthy bit of course, plus scars are just annoying to have everyone look at and think in their head " how did they get there? " or have people pay prominence to them and not you.

Any help would be greatly greatly appreciated, I very much so need some help here.

Answer: It all depends what order of scars they are.
Your doctor can reccommend treatments that will help.
You can try Bio Oil & Vit E capsules.
For covering up you can buy Spray On Basis that is designed for womens legs and to be long lasting. In my opinion though some scars are highlighted when you cover them up. So see what you suppose.
Dermablend as well but other brands do their own version of this (try Clinique & Estee Lauder as well).
Try it out & see how you feel with it on.
