What Treatments Have You Used For A Keloid C-section Scar?

Has anyone tempered to cortisone shots to reduce the keloid in a c-section scar? My friend has a scar with an area that is more raised than the unwind. The scar is about a year old.

Any recommendations? Is this the way to go?

Answer: that happened to me with my first baby (rip) and I couldnt do anything about it. I moral had another section with this bebe and they fixed it. I did NOT choose to have another section, I had to do it.

My C Section Scar Of 23 Years Ago Is Inflamed At One End. Very Red And Round At The Scar. What Do You Think?

I had a c section 23 years ago and fitting recently, it has felt like it is stinging at one and and turned read in circle like redness. I can't devise what would cause the scar to turn sensitive and red.

Is It Normal To Have Itchy C Section Scar Year After Birth?

Had a c section almost a year ago and whenever its that in the good old days b simultaneously of month or I'm bloated my c section scar is itchy and uncomfortable. Is this normal? I am worried that if I get pregnant again it will be extremely uncomfortable. Doctor says that everything looks good so I'm not worried about any infection or complications or anything like that. Anyone else have this understanding of thing? Thanks.

Answer: Its unconditionally normal! Mine is the same way it is itchy during my period and other times it will ache a little bit. I talked to my doctor and he said it is sane! My mom had a c-section 13 years ago and hers still does it too!

What Happens To Your C-section Scar As You Get Bigger?

I'm 16 weeks with my shift and my c-section scar is itching like mad. I'm keeping it well moisturized but can any ladies who have gone through this tell me how much worse this is active to get as I get farther along?

Answer: I about itching from the stretching, but I don't recall any pain from the c-section during pregnancy at any point. I would say the itching would go on most of the pregnancy and that about all you could do is keep it moisturized with cocoa butter or whatever feels like it works foremost for you (Palmer's cocoa butter worked for me though). How much worse it'll get will vary too from person to individual. I don't recall it being all that bad even though my belly got quite huge.

Any Ideas On What Kind Of Tattoo To Cover My C-section Scar?

I categorically hate my c-section scar. I have heard that some women get a zipper to cover it. I am looking for someting inconsequential and original!!
I'm not asking wether you think I should get one or not. Just Ideas as to what to get. In no way is this weird, if you assume so, don't post.
