I have a keloid scar on my forehead. I have heard about laser transfer, microderm abrasion and steroid injections. Also, I dont have medical insurance for a few months, do I have to have it to go to a bogus surgeon?

Other invasive options are injected steroids, radiotherapy, cryotherapy, laser group therapy or dermal abrasion. You should ask your dermatologist which one would be best in your particular case.

Before you choose one of these options you should heed something less invasive (and cheaper), e.g. silicone sheeting or a silicone gel since these are the only products with clinical bear witness backing them.

What Is The Best Scar Treatment (facial) Or Lightener For An OLD Scar?

I have scar along my cheek that I've had since I was 4 - so it is about 17 years old. It is NOT raised - no more than flat - but is red colored (even more red in the summer when I get tan). If it didn't have the color, it would hardly be perceivable. I do put concealer on it but makeup wears off as the day goes on.
It seems like ScarGuard lightener seems like a trusted stamp (I have not tried it though) but I'd like to try to find something cheaper or some crazy method or product someone has used that has surprisingly worked.
I DON'T paucity to try Vitamin E caplets or anything like that - I do not think they will work at all since my scar is so old. I really think I have need

I have had 3 kids in a overpass of 5 years. I got zero stretch marks with my first, but after that, the second 2 took a real loss on my body, stretchmark wise. What is the best way to get rid of them?

Answer: Vitamin E oil. Buy some Vitamin E oil and rub it on your scars it's also creditable for stretch marks, coco butter oil also works good with scars.

Best Scar Treatment After Tummy Tuck? Cica-care Or Mederma?

I only just had a tummy tuck about 2 weeks ago, right now the scar is pink still and im wanting to get a jumpstart on scar treatment. I bought some mederma and been using it for a day or so, the scar is raised also so i started looking into cica-anguish because it says it will help flatten scars. Has anyone had experience with cica-care? would you persuade either one of this products, or any other products you may know of.
Also, do foods matter? if so, what would be the best foods to eat to help patch up my skin. Thanks

Answer: lots of irrigate and healthy food always helps heal things better. I've used Mederma on many scars and its helped a lot.
