i had my appendix out some six years ago and it has left-hand me with a nasty scar at the top end, my mate and i were play boxing and he punched me in the stomach on the top end of the scar and i fell to the deck in pain, now and again i get this pulling pain in the scar area. has he done any damaged / will the pain go, this happened a week ago..( when he punched me i also got a b0ner). any take would be great..Thanks.
Answer: You've all things considered got adhesions under the scar - you need to gently massage the area with something like Bio Oil to loosen the scar mass underneath the scar, then the pulling sensation will go away. I don't think the pain you got when punched in the hankering has anything to do with the scar, it was just the normal pain anyone would get when punched in the solar plexus, but it might be wise to get it checked out with your GP. Count you feel better by now.

How Does An Appendix Scar Look After Pregnancy?

Im not automatically trying to get pregnant anytime soon, but have always been curious.
I have a deep appendix scar...It kinda indents a scarcely. (didnt heal so well) and was just wondering if its gunna look totally harrowing after pregnancy? Or if it would hurt while my belly got bigger? And also if its possible to get plastic surgery on a scar like that to fix it?
Answer: I had my appendix out 4 years ago, and gave origin to my son in October last year. My appendix scar looks just the same now as it did before I was pregnant. During pregnancy is was vertually un-noticable as the pelt on my tummy was stretched so much, and it didn't hurt at all during pregnancy. Don't worry, if you fall pointed your appendix scar will be fine.

I had an appendix day-to-day business three years ago. The bottom half of the scar is smooth but the top half is kind of mounded like a wish bump...are there any products or anyway I can get rid of it?
Are there any other ways like lasering it off or something?
Any advice or experience is appreciated!!
Answer: First try MEDERMA. It works like a pipedream on old scars. (and new ones.) http://www.mederma.com It's sold over the counter everywhere.
If Mederma doesn't line well enough to make you happy, you should see a dermatologist.

I have a enlargement under the skin 2" below my appendix scar and above my manhood. It about the size of a plum cut in half. It is only to the right of my midsection. I have had an more elevated hernia surgery about three years ago. The area is not sore or tender and feels like fatty web. What the heck is it?
Answer: It could be just scar tissue and it could be another hernia and it could be something else entirely.
And how desire ago did you have your appendicectomy? Just wondered - most people I see seem to have little neat scars from having their appendix out, mine is 4.5 inches elongated which seems big. I had it done about 18 months ago.
