I am irked to go to the dermatologist , I tried several acne creams but none work. I am 23 and I really need to find a treatment that improve me remove my acne scars. I tried home remedies for acne and none helped me. Any suggestions on some acne treatments? I can't offer laser acne treatment so please don't mention this option to me. Thanks

Also what causes acne to assail more red? I mean just a few months ago I had mild acne nothing serious but all of a sudden it started to turn red and swell. I characterize as what's causing it is the pizza from my highschool it's the only thing I eat. But my friends also eat that everyday but they don't have acne. So what medicine besides proactive can remove my red oversized acne?

Also, a moment ago to let you know, my dermitologisty said that the lighter your skin is, the more scars dont materialize. So if you have dark skin, acne scars appear more. If your skin is medium like mine, then you dont have a lot.
