I have tried a 5% benzoyl peroxide and didn't see any results. I inadequacy to try one with 10% benzoyl peroxide but I am wondering which one is the least drying but still effective. My main acne problem is blackheads and I aim benzoyl peroxide is very helpful at getting rid of them. Does anyone know an effective, inexpensive veneer wash with 10% benzoyl peroxide? Thanks!

I've been looking online for at-dwelling acne cures, and one treatment I've been seeing a lot is hydrogen peroxide acne treatment. Would that be a good way to treat acne? How would I use it? Would I righteous apply hydrogen peroxide topically on my face? How often should I use it? Is it safe? Any other advice/suggestions? Thanks!
Answer: gah, acne.. i had acne for 7 years and adapted to every treatment out there until i was put on accutane (YAY!) and i havent had a spot for years :D.
anyway, i had hydrogen peroxide (i cant remember what book, sorry) in a topical gel form. it dries out your spots to a crisp if you use lots which gets rid of redness etc. if you do use it Represent SURE to wash your face with a mild cleanser to make sure you dont dry your shell out more and get a good moisturiser (but not heavy because that will clog your pores). i used mine every night and morning.
reputable luck! keep trying different treatment if that one doesnt work but give it time! :D

I've been using Trim & Clear's continuous control acne cleanser which contains 10% benzoyl peroxide for the gone couple of years. I just bought the Clean & Clear blackhead eraser which contains i notion of 1% salicylic acid. Is it okay if I used both? I would probably use the cleanser in the morning and the blackhead eraser at non-stop.
Answer: It is okay to use benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid acne medication together, in low "doses". I hardened the same continuous control acne cleanser that you do, and my face got really irritated and red and blotchy. you might fall short of to use a more gentle acne cleanser. I have read in many magazines that using both, one in the morning and one at night, is OK champion to combat acne. Hope I helped!

I have a benzoyl peroxide acne cleanser 10%, how extended do i keep it on for after i apply it onto my face? Also do i apply moisturizer after i clean my face with benzoyl peroxide in a wink or do i wait for how long?
Answer: Benzoyl peroxide is very hairy on the skin, as in drying, esp. at 10%. If you already have dry skin, I'll recommend you don't use Benzoyl peroxide wash since it tends to dry your fleece. Try a cleanser/wash containing Salicylic Acid instead, for example, Neutrogena has a substantial line of daily cleansers containing Salicylic Acid. Anyways, if you contemplate to use the Benzoyl Peroxide, try your best to wear moisturizer that contains SPF, or even make up that contains SPF, if you irritate make up, since Benzoyl Peroxide causes the skin to be more naked and prone to sun damage.

I straight bought some Clearisl acne cream with 5% benzoyl peroxide, I have been using it for the past one of days, and just recently I have noticed my face has become alittle bit red, and when I put the cream on, it starts to flare, eventually the pain dies down but is this normal ?
