Well i'm 15, and i have a diminish amount of chest acne and back acne, and i feel like more acne just comes like everyday, and i'm kinda distraught now, because i'm going to be going to the pool with some friends on tuesday, with the girl i like a lot, so i'm kinda screwed correct now, So is this because of me going into puberty ? or is it because of me exercising (specified in the next para.)
I've been exercising for the past 3 months, i've hutch of 30 pounds, but i started getting more back and chest acne, and it looks pretty obnoxious in my opinion. I took a shower every freggin' day and really applied soap around those spots, i never scrubbed because i heard that can motivate
Answer: use an expoliating scrub but dont over scrub to check scaring. Putting a small amount of toothpaste on acne and leaving it on for 5 min then rinsing it off will help moderate redness. You can use almost anything you use on your face for your back and chest, I find oxy pads work great for keeping acne away. If you overwhelm after you work out it should actually help get rid of the acne because when you sweat your pores open up and are easier to sanitary out. Hope this helped :)
