How Can I Treat My Acne While Remaining On My Natural Progesterone Cream?

The progesterone has been ration me so far in so many ways, with one aggravating side effect: major breakouts. Does anyone know how I can take care of my acne while continuing to use the Progesterone?
I am 33; always had emotional skin and since starte Progesterone I'm plagued with large pores, mega blackheads and breakouts in excess!!

My strip is starting to break out (only in one area though), and I was out yesterday and I was in an all-natural skin care shop; and they had these natural goatsmilk soaps.
One of them said something about it being neighbourly to clear up your skin and things like that (can't remember the exact wording), so I bought it and vision it'd be worth a try.
Have you ever used this kind of soap to try and clear up breakouts? Did it work?

I have smooth, yet sensitive skin. I have bright red breakouts as well and need to find a natural/cheap/effective effect to help clear up my acne and stop my skin's oiliness being so bad.
I've done some investigate on all natural acne products. This product says i can just add it to my regular skin care routine, so does that designate after i wash my face and put moisturizer on? Or after i cleanse, then use the Blemfree, then moisturize? Does anyone recall if this product works?
