I adapted to to have moderate to severe acne. I cleared most of it up with Clinique's acne system, but I'm looking for one that will completely clear my breakouts. What have you tried? What has been the finery you have used? I have somewhat sensitive skin, so a slightly milder or more natural system would be bettor. Are there any tricks to completely clearing acne?

I've been using the Clinique three discreet Acne system for about four days so far and its been working pretty good. It has cleared up some of my acne but I am still not totally happy with my shell. I know systems take a while to really work, but I was wondering for those who have tried it about how long does it take the system to indeed clear skin up?

i haven't familiar the Clinique acne treatment system myself, but they say that you'll see visible results within 2 weeks. However, i would suggest that you stay with it at least a few weeks to give it period for the full benefits. They also say that if you alternate acne treatment products, you'll get better results. I'm wealthy to start an acne system with salicylic acid and a little benzyol peroxide in the products. I haven't old medicated harsh-ish ingredients in a very long time. Should I just start my system all at one at intervals and risk irritating my skin and "shocking" it with all the acne meds or should I gradually mitigate my skin into the program by only using the wash for a few days, then start using the toner, then the moisturizer?
Can your visage get "shocked" or am I just paranoid?
Answer: It actually depends on your skin. Easing into the product is always better. If you use hairspray and/or make up, assign sure you wash your face and hair before going to bed. Keep your pilow case mop as well. Remember the pores open when we are resting if you leave your make up on and contaminated plaits at night your skin can't begin to repair itself. Especially if you have delicate skin. Craving it helps.

I've switched from Proactiv to Clinique's Acne system and I about I have MORE acne spots as well as more blackheads. =[
My Q is .. is the normal Clinique system a different formula? Do you contemplate I'll have better luck with the normal system they offer?

Answer: I before used Clinique's Acne System, then Proactiv. The proactiv did seem to work for awhile but my acne came back. I've had problems with acne graceful much my whole life so I know where you're coming from. Acne.org has given me a lot of information regarding acne and ways to freebie behaviour towards it. You can only "treat" acne...NEVER cure it. Basically, for reasons no one completely understands (yet), pores get blocked. Answer: I use the Oil Untrammelled Acne Cleanser with Microclear Technology by Neutrogena. It's in an Orange bottle. Make positive it says "With Microclear Technology" on it. And always moisturize your skin if it feels tenser. I use the Soft Day Moisturizer with SPF 15 by Clean and Clear.
