I had an acne cyst in between my boobs about a month ago, the dr put me on some meds to get rid of the congestion in my coffer since it was inverted and some cream for the pimple on the outside, then it went away. Now its coming back, any suggestions?
Answer: What makes a cyst a cyst is the crystallization of a capsule.
An acne cyst is a build up of sebum which has encapsulated.
Sometimes they can be treated with anti biotics but this only solves half of the hard. The capsule is still there. Which is why sometimes they comeback.
The only option to make sure it never comes back is to sugically separation the capsule.

Eww, I have a unusually really painful bump under my skin on my chin. I'm guessing that it is a cyst. You can't see it yet, but it really hurts! I'm wealthy to a party tomorrow, and Saturday too, it's not going to be really noticeable is it? What is the fastest way to get rid of it?
Answer: You have to go to the dermatologist. They will have to imbue it with a shot to make it go away, otherwise you're outta luck. Don't try to push it out, it'll make a mar that will stay there for a couple of weeks. Get some nice covering makeup and try to leave it alone if you can't go to the dr.

Answer: Accutane has strange results for different people. Personally I found that while on Accutane my cysts were slower to renew and scared more easily. After 2 courses of accutane I still suffer from cystic acne- I guess I was one of the unlucky ones.
Cystic acne is regularly hormonal and starts deep down in the skin, which is what makes it so difficult to treat.
I hugely recommend a site called www.acne.org. It is filled with information on acne and message boards. Some contributors to the locality keep logs and pictures of their Accutane course progress.
