I have acne on my chest and back and I dont differentiate what to do about it. I hope to get rid of it before swimsuit season. Any suggestions?
Answer: I old to get spots on the backs of my arms and on my back, exfoliate once every two days, also on your exfoliating day off moisturise, confide in me it will work wonders, there are some super exfoliants from Clinique that aren't too expensive they also do a mens orbit. I would advise also using a rough loofa that worked well for me as well. You could also try drinking lots of extravagantly and eating less sugary or fatty foods and more fruit and vegetables, obvious things in the final analysis.

I'm 13 and have had chest acne for 2 years and to be just now I'm getting a little bit fed up. Summer's nearly here and I don't wanna be wearing high cut tops by a hair's breadth because of the spots on my chest :| My cousin got some really gel type stuff from the doctor that gets rid of spots, do you regard as they'd have anything for chest acne? Thanks in advance.

I have had back and chest acne for three years now, and my graduation is in a week. I've tried all sorts of medications and family remedies, but I just can't seem to find a "cure." The acne is all over my back, and it's possible my dress might communicate some of my back and chest. Does anyone have any good medications or home remedies they'd like to share?
